VC008 SERIES

SIRUBA VC008 is a series of multineedle cylinder bed double chainstitch machines.

SIRUBA VC008 series of multineedle cylinder bed double chainstitch machines is suitable for multi sewing process, high quality knit material and decorative sewing. Machines are equipped with different numbers of sewing needles (from 2 to 50 needles). Machines are used in production where parallel stitching is needed at equal distance. Needle gauge adjustment is possible by removing needles. VC008 have automatic lubrication system and equipped with puller as standard. Using puller can stabilize the pulling and sewing process.

Available versions of VC008: (up to 12 needles)

• VWL: Front Elastic Feeding. Length of elastic type can be easily adjusted by elastic feeding device, suitable for sports pants and casual pants. Roller maintains the tension of elastic thread and quality during sewing process.
• VMR: Ruffling. Decorative sewing on curtain and bed sheets or various ruffling patterns on table cloth.
• VPL: Tape attaching. Decorative tape for shirt-fronting, sportswears, waist band, etc..
• VPQ-K: Elastic Thread Shirring. Suitable for sewing ornamental shirring on women’s blouses.
• VSF: Shirt-Fronting. For sewing pleats in the front of shirts.
• VSM: Decorative Sewing. To use sixteen different cams of variation for different sewing, suitable for decorative sewing on high quality dresses, curtains, bed sheets and tablecloths.
• VSQ: Decorative Sewing with Elastic Thread Shirring (Elastic Thread). To use sixteen different cams of variation for different sewing, suitable for decorative sewing on high quality dresses, curtains, bed sheets and tablecloths.

Available versions of VC008: (more than 25 needles)

• PQ2: Shirring stitch machine. It is suitable for shirring of all kinds of women’s dresses on waist. Perfect stitches with uniform elasticity.
• PSM: Ornamental thread smocking machines. It is suitable for ornamental stitches on women’s & children’s wear, skirts, fashions, bedclothes, etc.. Stitching patterns can be chosen by varied cams.
• PSSM: Shirring smocking stitch machines (elastic thread). Suitable for stitching smocking with shirring on waist of skirt, fashion, children’s clothes, bedclothes, etc.. Stitching patterns can be chosen by various cams.

Options:

• RLP: Tubular Extending Roller (3 rollers for rubber sewing).
• Machines are available with energy-saving servo motors with needle position function.
